Conclusions: I am satisfied with the product, however the Sound quality is terrible. The volume is quite low and hard to hear if others around you are talking or there is traffic noise. The speakers are very THIN in sound... with little bass and low in clarity. If I had of known that the sound was low par I would not have purchased. Other than the bad sound quality, the phone works and is worth the money I paid.
