Conclusions: The seller sends me a broken and used phone. Then he tried to convince me that thru the delivery process by DHL, someone opens my package and switch the brand new phone they send me with a refurbished one. There were missing parts too(both SIM and SD slots). After a couple attempts to resolve the problem I was forced to open a dispute. AliExpress step in and 2 months later I receive my money. I'll probably never use this seller again! Have that in mind.

Conclusions: this is not euro version. cid htc_621 is the taiwan version. but the device is in good quality and working in 4g network of my provider.
