Imagine also that the seller says free shipping. Imagine now that for a product that costed 160 euros, I had to pay double the price postal services to get it to my home. How on earth is this free shipping?? I didn't have the money to take the product from DHL and I also lost 160 euros because there is NO refund. That's outrageous! At least eBay has the dignity to inform you about all the final costs of the product you buy. I lost 160 euros because I dint have more money to pay to DHL and retrieve the product. That was not free shipping, that was a disaster. And at the section they ask to upload the shipping costs that DHL sent me, it was impossible because it wouldn't accept PDF archives!! A total disapointment. No other buys from here and I'll spread the word
