Advantages: Good copter. Excellent quality. All packed. But not for beginners, manual control large expenses. It should be calibrated by a compass and trimers, but is not difficult.

Limitations: need adjustment and calibration. not for beginners.

Advantages: THIS QUADCOPTER IS AMAZEING AND IT FLIES LIKE A BREEZE.....I HAVE A REAL LIKE FOR THIS GPS QUADCOPTER.....THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE TYPE OF SHIPPING METHOD THEY USED....DO NOT EVER USE THERE STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD...IT IS NO GOOD...I HAVE HAD THREE ORDERS NOW THAT HAVE BEEN SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTED OF TO ME,ALL THREE TIMES THEY ENDED UP SIGNED FOR IN CHINA....AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO UNVESTIGATE THE ISSUE.....IT IS VERY FRUSTRATEING BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOU AT THERE MERCY WITH NO RECOURSE....I COULD HAVE LOST ALL MY MONEY AND ORDERS....I KEPT MESSAGEING EVERY DAY UNTIL THEY FINALY REALIZED THAT I WAS NOT BULL CRAPING THEM.....ONLY HAVE YOUR QUADS OVER 300.00 SENT DHL OR YOU WILL HAVE SHIPPING ISSUES....BUYER BEWARE .....SAFE FLYING AND ENJOY YOUR QUADCOPTERS.....JDS

Advantages: First of all - fast shipping, 14 days to Moscow. My CX-20 has open-source FC (APM_V252_V5.0) with 3 ports on the board: UART, U2C, ADC. External compass. Logs record works - it's good. No complaints about the copter.

Limitations: Someone was opening my parcel, so i received a bonus inside package - a huge kitchen knife ))) There is a few damage to the cx-20 and transmitter bodies. Small scratches and scrapes.

Advantages: I got this at a good sale price, paid for expedited shipping to the UK. Got hit for customs charges but I was expecting that. It was delivered by DHL in good time. All parts come in their own boxes which is a nice touch, assembly was easy, I've heared the battery charger kills batteries but decided to risk it for the set up and first flight. With the battery charged I callibrated the compass(this is a must do not fly without doing it first). satelite lock took less than a minute and it flew really well, possition hold was very nice, plenty of power but not alot of pitch which will make it difficult in windy conditions. Pitch can be changed in Mission planner to help it fight wind. All in all very pleased with the CX20

Limitations: no spare props, poor pitch angle out of the box

Advantages: Received this today from the China warehouse and I live in the UK. The packaging was fantastic, not even a dent in the product box. I know that I am always mentioning how well GearBest package the products before sending them out in my reviews, but they do go that extra mile. I am looking forward to the spring so that I can get to use the Cheerson without worrying about the rain and wind. The quad is well packaged inside the outer box, and the instructions seem adequate. There are a lot of user groups on line explaining how to get the most out of the quad so there's always an helping hand if you get stuck.

Limitations: none so far

Advantages: Before this i had a Parrot AR Drone and it was not easy to fly outside even on a calm day! This Cheerson CX-20 quadcopter is so easy to fly and is very controllable even at distance! I have added a gimbal for my GoPro and Boscam FPV so that i can setup my shots from my controller. The feature i really like is the return to home which works very well and has saved me many many times!! I could not afford a DJI Phantom at the time and did some research and found a lot of people really giving it good reviews so i went ahead and spent my very hard earned money on this Quad and i don't regret it at all!!! GearBest always has the best prices and shipping is fast and ordering with them is super easy! Don't listen to other reviews about the people who say it is not worth it because i can tell you from experience you get A LOT for your money!

Limitations: the props that come with it can come loose but its an easy fix.(Phantom blade upgrade) Landing gear is a little flimsy but if you are landing to hard with any large quadcopter than you should just practice your landing technique.

Advantages: 1. Price point is outstanding for this quality unit. 2. The orientation and config took a little while to figure out, a little confusing and when doing it the manual way, it timed out between turning in circles, etc. kind of a pain. So i had been reading about mission planner and doing it that way which I did. 3. Flew absolutely perfect in manual mode, tested altitude hold, moved around left right forward back it held within 6 feet or so, i set it at 15 ft., it varied as i flew it around from about 4 feet to about 25. But when i used the rudder to go in a slow circle, it shot back up to about 25 feet, i just flew it back and forth for a minute and it came back down to the 15 foot hold altitude. 4. First flight in a small park, a little windy so i didn't try the RTH feature. I didn't want it to go up to 60 feet in the wind out of the protected area i was in surrounded by trees.I will video my next flight too and compile it in to a complete review and put it on you tube.

Limitations: 1. Same as another review, no instructions on installing camera mount. Think I am going to go right to a gimbal, I bought it to experiment in aerial photography so the gimbal makes sense instead of that mount. When i went to mount the camera mount after monkeying around with those rubber isolators. What a pain in the butt, I am 6'2" and have big hands not built for that small stuff LOL. I found that one of the holes was too big for the screw? It wouldn't bite when putting that in there. I also bought a nice charger, heard that makes a huge difference in the life of your battery.

Advantages: This is my first larger 350 dji "phantom" style drone and I have to say for the price and what is included it can't be beat. The open source version here is highly modifiable so once you master it in it's stock form, the sky is the limit as far as modification and addon's go. There is a huge following on this quad at rcgroups.com who are very supportive and have experience and tutorials from veterans on upgrading it when your ready. I would highly recommend this quad with many of the same capabilities as the more expensive stuff on the market at a fraction of the price. Gearbest is also seems very good at backing up what they sell and have good customer service and response time. 2 thumbs up!

Limitations: Take it slow. This is not a toy and if you don't respect it as an advance piece of electronics, you may find yourself in over your head or crash it. So i'd recommend starting on a smaller mini quad (plenty to chose from here @ gearbest) like the X5C, learn how to fly and them move on to this great advanced quad. No Cons except for a slight increase in build quality would be welcome. But still... Best bang for the buck!

Advantages: I was surprised how quickly I received my order! This quad is really fun to fly and there are so many things to tinker with thanks to the open source flight controller. There is also a huge forum thread dedicated to this quad so there is a great wealth of information on just about anything you want to do with it. Limitations: Out of the box the flight controller is not able to monitor the voltage and current of the battery so it can't initiate an automatic return to launch or land procedure on low voltage. So you must pay close attention when flying and land as soon as you can after hearing it beep and flash.

Advantages: This is a serious quadcopter and not for the faint-hearted. Firstly, the CX20 arrived/landed in a massive box. Please be aware that most of the parts and components were bundled so some assembly was required. Thi is a large size drone with a dizzying array of features. Check it out: GPS, headless flight, one button return home function, altitude hold, stable mode, manual mode, hookups for camera, gimbal and FPV system, comes with a hefty 2700mah 20C 3c battery (you should try to order at least one more) and has a gopro camera mount. In terms of flying, the CX20 is equipped with 4 very strong brushless motors, allowing it to handle even strong winds effortlessly. It's a powerhouse but still has incredible finesse and precision flying. Leagues above what standard quadcopters are capable of.

Limitations: It's not cheap but as someone who entered the scene a few years ago, this Cheerson CX20 is far and away the best drone that money can buy as far as I'm concerned. It's amazing.

Advantages: First things first, the CX20 is a not a toy, it is a precision made drone designed for experienced pilots who have flown quads and 4CH helos before. It's NOT for beginners, you'll need to have some flying time under your belt before you attempt to use this. In terms of the video quality that I got with my gopro was simply AMAZING - totally jitter free and virtually butter smooth. You only get very slight movements when you move the Drone. If you like night flying as much as I do, then you'll appreciate the wicked bright LEDS for easy night flying. This really does deserve the word "comprehensive" to describe its capabilities. It's an impressive camera drone, arguably one of the best on the market. For those who know their drones, this is exceptional.

Advantages: This bad boy was definitely up to spec and met practically all my expectations. You should note that the CX20 units come with different Flight Controllers and other internals. It's definitely worth your while reading up on forums to get a better understanding of what you may be getting. Definitely calibrate yours correctly for stress-free flying. For those who like to mod, it has a fair amount of holes for gimbals for your modding and customizing pleasure. Some would argue it's not enough but, as always, it just depends on your specific needs. The flight and control - pretty much everything is rock solid stable, this is a quality drone and you'll know this if you have used other quads in the past. This is the genuine article.
