Advantages: I would like to talk about this tv box..It's a great tv box with good wi fi connectivity.Have been using it for quite a few days and it never dropped the wi fi connection.It automatically connects to wi fi once securely connected.Built quality of this box is also good and there is physical home button.The memory can be extended to 128 gb further which is great.Performance is also great as expected from amlogic .It runs smoothly.Youtube runs at 4k ,netflix may be 480 to 720 and amazon at 480 p but it plays it which my android tv cannot.The interface is fresh and beautiful and smooth.Loving it.

Advantages: I bought this box, but the antenna it’s broken, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work.I need to change this product.

Advantages: Mecool km8 is a very capable android tv device with good features. I have tested it with 4k 2160p videos and they play flawlessly. H265 encoded videos plays buttery smooth. It also supports youtube 4k videos without issues. 2.4ghz wireless is good but dual band wireless would have been better. Thanks to its ethernet port i could connect it directly with my router. Google play store works perfectly and i could install many apps without any problems except the netflix app which kept crashing at launch. Installed kodi on this box it works great. Kodi addons ran smoothly. Vlc player ran perfectly. It supports OTA updates, that is a good feature to have. Voice search while pressing d voice button on the remote works flawlessly.

Limitations: Cons: Have only 2.4 Ghz wireless connectivity. Dual band wifi should be the default with android tv boxes.Voice search through play store and youtube sometimes doesnt work.Should have come with Amlogic 912 processor and more RAM and internal storage.Build quality should have been better.
