Conclusions: its shipping so so fast (about 9 days from chiana to Turkey). And packages condiition was good. Box had a little damage but not important .And there is no EU plug. You can see at pictures below grey cable. It was very important for Turkey and European countries.If no plug ,you cant plug in to 220v. Conclusions: Excellent product, fast delivery. This product has a very good route planning, decent suction power and cool app features. It cleans a 80m2 house in 70 minutes with Balanced mode (3rd power rate of 4) with using only 50% battery amazing! Dust bin is small though I suggest cleaning after each run. Don't forget that you have to switch you Xiaomi Home App to "Mainland China" since this is not a global product.
