Conclusions: Everything works amazing, the recent apps button not working

Conclusions: Very good product - matching the description. The phone is new and original - it received an OTA update to Android 8. The delivered charger supports QC 3.0. The phone itself works flawlesly and without any problems. NFC payments work properly. It took some time to reach to Poland, however, it is not the seller's fault but the postal service itself (it took about a month).

Conclusions: I am very happy with my purchase. The phone is brand new as described. Came with Android 6.0 but with HTC providing the updates you can update the phone OTA to Android 8.0. The battery is also good considering the age of the phone which lasted a week on standby.

Conclusions: Goods come with a delay of 5 days. Not critical. When updating THE phone prompts for a password, which certainly does not know. Had to search the Internet how to reset the phone to factory settings. After this phone just updated to Android 8.0. Now it works. So is satisfied!!

Conclusions: I lost a lot of time and some money, the seller decided all my questions. I was not satisfied with everything, but the seller compensated for everything. all OK . there were problems with the phone, I sent it back, the seller returned the money. lie in the phone replaced with a new one.

Conclusions: The phone is totally new, at least it seems. Box was completely sealed, with all their stamps. It comes with Android 7.0 Nougat, includes original USB Type C Cable, Fast charger and HTC headphones. Altough the title says "T-Mobile Version", mine comes with CID BS_US002 and MID 2PS650000, what it means to be a Unlocked/Developer Edition. Bootloader blocked and S-ON, no software modify. The battery life is really really poor. 4-5 hours and its completely dead, sometimes it dies around 10-15% and sometimes gave me bootlop because of low battery. The solution is to power off and charge it before power on again. Not very happy with that, but it's a very common problem with this model. Maybe doing a downgrade to Marshmallow gives better battery life. For all the rest I'm ok. Camera is awesome, audio quality over headphones is mindblowing. The screen is really beauty. I'm from Mexico, the shipment took 43 days to arrive in my house.

Conclusions: To me, it took too much time to proceed and ship the order (more than 5 days). Once delivered, the phone seems to work well. Got some gifts from the seller to make up for the delay (my guess).

Conclusions: The products preparation time was too long and I got a qc reference phone which has only 2.7gb of total ram which is shown by benchmark application the phone shipped with multiple numbers of scratches the screen jesture does not work even I factory reset the phone the applications kept crashed (might because of poor ram storage) It some times turns on and off by itself The edge of the phone screen has some flaxes. The HTC10 has ip53 ratings and the simtray should have some rubber packets and mine does not have any. The box which has shipped the phone did not seemed original It seemd like the box for other phone. Conclusion: the phone didn't seemed original new or it felt like it is refurbished phone. normally the HTC 10 should be more snappier and should have a better quality as a flagship phone but it wasn't as I expected. I was so disappointed because of the seller responding with same words Any one who want to buy this phone from this seller, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
