Conclusions: My wife and I are very competitive and both have our own drones. When she saw these she challenged me to an aerial combat but said we had to be outside. Once we charged up the batteries and downloaded the app, we went outside and put them in the air. What fun and yes, she did beat me the first 2 times. I'm getting better though

Conclusions: The software all worked well and flying even in 100% mode went well. But to fly them in combat (flying hard) with WiFi is another story. A controller will definitely be more precise. In any case the battery life, especially flying hard is very very low. Quality control is also a problem...the battery for the Blue one is stuck and need a screw driver to pry it open.

Conclusions: At first I was a little concerned that these might be difficult to fly using a smart phone or tablet. After a couple flights however, my concerns have been put to rest. The rates are well programmed and they actually fly quite well whether using the sticks for control, or using the the accelerometer of the phone (gravity sensor according to the manual) for control.
