this is a great phone
Advantages: Love it
Limitations: Two minor issues: 1) The snaps on the rear cover are easy to break. Removing and replacing multiple times (10+) has resulted in a "weak" hold on the cover. 2) The nano SIM slot is finicky about the proper trimming of the SIM. The three SIM's provided by my carrier were intermittent or did not work at all. Carrier says it was the phones fault because the SIM's work in other phones. On inspection the SIM's had been trimmed slightly small and slightly of center. Hand cutting a SIM to exactly the right size and position fixed the problem.
