Released in July 2018, Xiaomi Mi Max 3 became the company's largest smartphone. Design

The phone very reminiscent of an enlarged version of the Mi 6X. Although, it is worth noting that all Xiaomi smartphones released in 2018 are very similar. Mi Max 3 stands out among the others due to its large size.

In the upper part of the front panel, there are a receiver, front camera and proximity and lighting sensors. 

At the top of the rear panel, closer to the right side, there is a dual camera and a flashlight. The camera protrudes slightly above the body. In the center is a fingerprint scanner. Below is the company logo. The body is completely made of metal. Plastic inserts on the top and bottom are missing, there are only small hidden V-shaped antennas.

On the right side, you can find only the volume rocker and the power button. 

On the left - a hybrid tray for SIM cards (nano-SIM + nano-SIM or nano-SIM + microSD card). It is a little sad that we cannot use two SIM cards and a SD card simultaneously. 

On top: a 3.5 mm audio jack, an infrared port and an additional noise cancellation microphone.

Mi Max 2 received a kind of downgrade in terms of performance compared to the first Mi Max, in which the Snapdragon 650 processor was installed. Yes, the Snapdragon 625 (Mi Max 2) processor is newer and more energy efficient, but its speed is lower, especially for games. 

As for the Mi Max 3, the manufacturer installed Snapdragon 636 with the Adreno 509 graphics processor in here. It offers 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. It can hardly be called the fastest, but it will provide good performance.
