My question is: my mobile phone Tecno W3 is not working properly, am making a call to others, but I can't receive any call from others, but when I change my cheap to other handsets is working proper, what is a case, and how to solve this problem!? My email is: shipautacoordinator@gmail.com

I think the problem is with your mobile provider
