Conclusions: bought 2 a white and a black one. the white one was obviously a returned phone, it had a chip in the screen and teh packaging has been previously opened the black phone had a scrren fault where it was randomly detecting toucthes int eh middle center of the screen, very annoying. its in banggood hand to refund repair or replace a the moment hoping that their after service is as good as tehy claim
