Conclusions: they sell dead phone advertising brand new phone. I bought a HTC M9 from them and found the mobile does not switch on. Even the customer service is also very poor. without giving a honorous solution they give indirect threat of loosing money from ali express. I suggest never ever buy mobile phone from this store. I doubt whether they gave me refurbished phone or not. they r not A businessman.
