Conclusions: Disappointed with the system. The product is great, I don't have a problem with the specs or the tablet or the operation and the value is excellent. Initially the problem was that CHUWI QH sent the wrong model - a type C instead of a Micro USB - and that's where it all started. The other problem was that the SIM card tray would not eject, therefor not fit for purpose - no 4G LTE or TF card. It was a fault with this specific tablet. Finally after about three weeks of friendly advice and getting nowhere, I claimed under the warranty, and that is where it began to fall to bits. I don't think the after-sales service/warranty is any good for overseas buyers. They don't want it sent back in the original box, they don't want me to use specific courier firms; there is a big risk that Chinese customs will return the item to the sender. It all becomes very, very hard.
