Advantages: I chose the item as it's cheap and was supposed to perform well for the money, it lags constantly and takes forever to connect to the net. To top it off they sent me a European plug not a UK one as requested!I have tried Gearbest customer service but they also appear to be a joke. A generic email is sent listing a load of information they require to progress your case. I've sent it but still nothing, they take your money and run by the look of it!I have bought loads of stuff off Gearbest before but after this experience never again!

Limitations: A complete waste of money, mecool performs terribly and looses connection constantly. To top it off I was sent the wrong plug type!Never again Gearbest, get your act together and look after your customers.
