Conclusions: after reciving my tablet i noticed the screen protector heavily scratched and used. The tablet itself was in Chinese language which was incredibly difficult to change. it also uses baidu.com as default browsing everything to overide this was painstakingly annoying. The account setup is CW no clue how to change this. its really slow and the touch sensitivity is poor, you have to tap several times to select things. i purchased the recommened keypad, what a joke, its mouse pad is way to loud when

Conclusions: The tablet works great and has the perfect size for reading comics

Conclusions: The product had a defective screen. Does not appear to be from shipping. However missing roughly 1/5th of your screen is just not acceptable. Looking forward to getting it replaced. The part of the screen I can see looks great!

Conclusions: Hi, I received the tablet after 2 weeks, it arrived in fine condition but the tab doesn't start. i have tried following different solutions online but it just wont power on. Really terrible product, not at all happy.

Conclusions: Seller has shipped broken device. (tablet PC) He asked me do not open dispute and to send device back to Shenzgen for fixing it. I've done what seller asked. More than month my parcel wait in destination post office. As period of ability to opening dispute ended, seller stopped contracting with me. Now I suspect, seller intentionally shipped broken device.

Conclusions: Once the seller shipped the tablet and keyboard, DHL were super fast 2 days from Hong Kong to UK. The tablet does everything it should, love having windows as well, easy to move from android to windows in drop down menu, have to reboot to get android after wiindows. Might be an easier way but not found it yet. The free gifts were a bonus,thank you. The keyboard works well, just my long nails are not keyboard friendly. I recommend this seller and CHUWI If I could give 10 stars I would.

Conclusions: I ordered a Chuwi hi12 dual os tablet pc 12.2 package tablet + keyboard. After almost 4 weeks I received instead a 10 inches tablet and a 12 inches keyboard. I also paid custom duties at delivery. When I contacted the seller they refused to take back the items but they only wanted to give me a partial refund leaving me with two items that together are totally useless. I also proposed them to buy the 12 inches tablet and the 10 inches keyboard to make 2 complete set and try to resell the 10 inch that I never ordered as used. I clearly asked a rebate which would anyway lessen the damage they provoked with their unexplainable mistake. So far they did not want to accept their mistake and are still trying to make me pay for their incompetence. After 6 weeks I have no goods to use and I still trying to get back my money.

Conclusions: Has been sent to the country of consignment Pearls is incorrect. Please send it to the specified location.

Conclusions: The tablet took 38 days for delivery, but to be fair Chinese New Year and Netherlands Post may have been the reason for slow delivery. It would have been better if the "Excellent Tablet Store" had let me know there could be a delay rather than no communication at all. However the product is very good and so far is working well. As always the Interminable wait will soon be forgotten when playing with a new toy.

Conclusions: Tablet is ok, good quality and manufacturing - but the 3A charger is not working. It is not a problem, as I already have one - anyway the vendor offered me a replacement. The keyboard looks nice, but the keys are not very precise, so forget to type fast... Let's go on the bad points: the item is shipped from China, despite the vendor told me it was in Netherlands hence it took more time than the expected. Also I had to pay 71$ of import fee that was not expected (in many other shops you can find this product already in EU with few dollars more...). I disputed this but they rejected any compensation even when I just asked for 15$! AliExpress jumped in the dispute confirming that the Vendor is not chargeable for import fees. Of course this should be correct, but it is not correct to say that the items where in Netherlands. Definitively I suggest you to buy this elsewhere.

Conclusions: LOVE, LOVE, love this beautiful Chuwi Hi12 tablet with keyboard, the dual boot Windows 10/Android feature make it fun, the screen is crisp, bright and may even be superior to my iPad2 and 12"Samsung Galaxy Tab!!! Conclusions: My tablet arrived in used packaging, missing decals, upside down in package, very bubbly screen protector. It also had a eu, uk aus power supply with an adapter that disd't fit. So, I charged it with my 3a (same as shipped phone adap). When I turned it on, It had two vertical lines in screen, top to bottom.
