Conclusions: Received the phone 42 days after ordering which was fine for free shipping. Bubble wrapped, the contents survived in perfect condition. For the price it's a very nice phone and is in almost perfect shape, doesn't look too used. Works just fine. I did have an issue with my sim card not being read, but after adding the APN all is good. Not enjoying the software though, but after talking with customer service I am more confident in changing the firmware. Excellent customer service and after receiving the product in great condition I think they are trustworthy.
