I will say in all platforms that you beg for canceling the first dispute, and for the second you don't care.. They are an awfull store that doesnt send the package until the last canceling date, and finally in the last day you send DAMAGED products.. Aliexpress absolutely cancel your membership.. Conclusions: I recieved an H9 and not an H9R. Look at the description and it is clear that it is misleading. No remote, no ultra HD 4K at 25fps. It is not an original EKEN camera. On startup it does not show the EKEN logo, but instead it shows Action Camera Be Unique. It is a fake. The quality is poor. No natural colors and a lot of noise in darker surroundings. The display has a lot of dead pixels in a row. Neither the store nor AliExpress reacted adequately on my complaints. I am very dissatisfied!
