Conclusions: The dispute has been closed today and we have made a mediation: Dispute Finished - Refund Only EUR € 0,00! So, am I supposed to get stuck with a broken phone and loose my money??? Are you kidding me??? I really hope that you reconsider this decision! I sent the two videos! What more proof do you want? I just want my money! The phone arrived D.O.A.!

Conclusions: I heard from a friend that this was a really good phone and I've purchased from Banggood before with no issue. However this phone has given me nothing but problems. The moment I got it, it was plagued with ads. The battery life was terrible and it just gets worse. Due to being abroad for a long time, I was reliant on my phone for flights. It broke during this time. It would randomly turn off and drop 20% battery. It then proceeded to turn off completely and has been constantly trying to reboot since.

Conclusions: I ordered 3 smartphones. The parcels came to Hanoi, Vietnam quickly (about 2 weeks). Later they're slowed down because of some troubles with the Vietnamese Custom service. But it's not the seller's fault. One of the parcels are lacked of tempered film and case. I don't know whose that fault, may be the seller don't put them in, may be the custom officer took them when opened the parcel to check. However, my point is: The seller was willing to send me another parcel with which was lacked. They has responsibility spirit and very polite in communication. I highly recommend this store!

Conclusions: First impression is very good. Easy to get started, good clear picture. looks like the cameras are ok. But eats battery. maby because much playing and intstalling first day. ;-) overall : seems like good value for the price payed. And least: WOW fast delivery this time. 8 days. Bravo.
