Advantages: the support service was always punctual and regular. the phone and its accompanying accessories were intact with no missing. the

Limitations: my problem will be with the manufacturer itself. as in, they should try as much as possible to add an earpiece to the device to make it complete also, gearbest must add in updating the tracking of products. this is because after receiving my item, the gearbest sites claims the product is still at the NL sorting center.
