Customs will hold your package 2. you'll have to apply for NOC from pta because the phone has SIM card slot in it... you can easily apply online, it's free and hardly takes anytime 3. you'll have to show the noc and invoice(request from seller through message) to customs office in GPO IMO ( II chundrigarh GPO Office Khi) 3. they charge a customs duty of Rs. 1661/- Seller doesn't help much in this regard and you'll have to do this yourself + pay the customs fee yourself
