Advantages: I have been using this phone for the last 4 months. I have been extremely happy with it. However a few days back after it auto-updated its OS, it stopped recognizing the SIM. I tried to reset the phone to factory updates, but still no change. All else is working, but it does not recognize any SIM now. I wrote to the company, but they have not responded. I hope they will take cognizance of this review and send me a solution. What use is a phone, that cannot call?

Limitations: Failed to recognize the sim after auto-updates on the OS. This is a perineal problem with this phone. I checked on the net, and a lot many are facing the same problem. Hope the company comes out with a solution. As of now the phone is just paper-weight and a tab.

Conclusions: This is a great Phone very happy with the overall performance and battery life - just one snag it seems the back speaker does not last a friend of one orderd the same phone and his back speaker "blew" within the first month of having the phone I seem to have the same issue niw after 3 months

Advantages: The phone was great for about 3 months. Camera was decent...Then it experienced charging issues. I would have to restart the phone for it to accept a charge. Here I am about 4 months in and it will not charge at all. It just says its charging and never does. Sometimes the touch screen is unresponsive. I recommend looking into other phones around this price range. I am completely disappointed by this phone. Tired of fighting with it.

Limitations: Can't charge. Head phone jack is too deep for most headphones. especially in the U.S.A return policy discontinued as soon as I needed it. WASTE OF MONEY

Conclusions: The included microUsb-UsbC adapter in 8000Pro Mobile phone doesn't work at all. disciovered it? while tried to chrge my new phone. It is REALLY little thing, but why to lay down into package unworking crap with such a good phone?

Conclusions: Received 3 weeks ago for my sun. He's very happy of it. The battery is not so big as written in some review but it's correct. Be careful to the SIM format : it's written micro format in description but it's in fact a nano SIM like in iPhone. I spent 10€ to order a new SIM that is in fact not the good size.

Conclusions: I used BV8000 Pro from Blackview brand before. But after several-times use in water environment, it went dead. So I tried S10 Pro, recommended by my several friends. It’s really good, I have to say, It’s totally fine even through numerous water immersion experience by now. I will buy phone from you in the future.
