Conclusions: Status of Order was quite long on awaiting shipment, bit annoying: you don’t have any guidance what is happening. Shipment itself was very fast, total waiting time well within 20 days. Very good, thank you! Brilliant machine. Setting up was a bit of a hassle. But watching it clean while laying on the couch: totally worth it!!

Conclusions: Best vacuum cleaner on the market! I have used it for several days now and I am very pleased! If you have pets I would also reccomend this robot cleaner. I believe that this is one of the best on the market if it isn't the best. Very high quality parts and you can see and feel that it is well constructed. Xiaomi is going places!

Conclusions: Note to Brazilian buyers: customs calculated the cost to be higher than declared; in the end, I had to pay R$800.00 to release it. ...But it was worth every cent. Very easy to use and to maintain. Exactly as advertised and as Youtubers' reviews. Excellent packaging. Xiaomi page didn't let me sign up (it said that verification code was invalid), but I was able to register the app with the phone number.

Conclusions: -1 Star for slow delivery. It is written: Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5days from EU storage but it took more than 20 days. You should keep your promises! Also there were not English manual - only Chinese. Of course looking in Google and printing in EN is 2 min but if you pay more than 400EUR English manual is obligatory. Everything else is as expected. High quality product.

Conclusions: The delivery from a germany warehouse to my german residence took 21 days. This is very slow. To be honest i can not see what took so long. Maybe the seller, maybe DPD.
