Advantages: Overall it's a nice drone. The headless mode is really usefull when you have a hard time figuring out which way the drone is facing. It flies very well, it has a good payload and a decent wind resistance. It is also very tough, you really need a serious crash to damage it. The camera is also decent, but i would save my money for a better one.

Advantages: it's a great beginner quad (altitude hold) ,the camera is very nice (the quad is lighter) for the people who buys this toy -quad I think it's perfect (if you want more =pay more ,other drone),the motors feel powerfull,it's easy to fly (not indoors)

Limitations: the remote feels very cheap,I have an mjx x600 and that remote feels much better,only 1 battery in the package (come on ,with camera and a little bit of wind you get 4 min flight time),the manual is ... can't say it ,I've watched youtube video to see how to instal the drone and setup,the plastic of the drone feels fragile,the camera is fix (no tillting) also it has that special cable so you can't do nothing without the drone,the price at 124 $ the barometer (the difference between x8hg and other x8g,x8c,x8w) does not worth (thinking of a bayang x16) and of course brushless motors it doesn't have ...so

Advantages: This is a perfect drone for the money and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy their first drone. It's the best for the price and includes everything you need to start using it right out of the box. Also cone with micro SD card

Advantages: This is my 1st drone, and i'm pretty pleased with it. It's a practice or learning craft for me to get into the rc drone world. It's built well and can handle a crash or 5, the camera on it is ok, but there's better cam's around.

Limitations: Only one, if you hold the left stick down for 3 seconds the engines cut out, and it doesn't matter if you're 5ft up or 80ft up, it'll just crash to the ground, i now lower and land in downward increments being careful of the 3 second rule.

Conclusions: Pretty powerful for the price. Camera is kinda junk, has horrible jelly effect. Remove the camera and this is definitely a fun flier. I've now customized mine with stronger motors and a 2D gimbal with a GoPro. This is a good quad if your eventually wanting a DJI phantom, kinda lets you get your feet wet with flying and a much lower cost.

Conclusions: I could not wait to get this thing! This is my first large quad after practicing on smaller ones. The 1080p camera quality is pretty good, definitely a step up from the standard 720p 2MP cameras. It has plenty of power to carry pretty much any action camera. I did have to add some foam between the camera and quad to reduce jello. I also balanced the props.

Conclusions: Simply an amazing quadcopter for an unbeatable price. Immensely easy to control (on Day 1, I took it up to roughly 80 feet and got a nice view of the surrounding area. The camera is pretty decent, especially given the price. Battery life is also relatively great, giving me roughly 10-15 minutes of flight time. Finally, setup was relatively painless. Definitely the most fun I've had with an RC aerial vehicle. I can give it my full support for this 5-star rating. Have fun!

Conclusions: The Syma X8G is considered a large quadcopter. When doing aerial photography or video, a larger quadcopter allows better stability in outdoor conditions. Also, the larger platform allows a heavier high definition camera to come standard on the copter. An added bonus about the X8G is that the standard camera mount allows GoPro cameras to mount directly to the copter.

Conclusions: I do recommend practicing on a simulator or even a micro drone first. Even with the stabilizing features, it is easy to lose control if you haven't flown a drone or helicopter before. Aside from that, this is an awesome drone for the price! There are occasional issues with the gimble vibrations when taking video or pictures but is easily fixed with easy modifications to the existing gimble or of course purchasing a new one. As I will be swapping the camera for a GoPro, a new gimble is a must. Flight time and general operations are again excellent for the price. Perfect for anyone that is unable to fork out 500+ for a DJI model.

Conclusions: This thing is amazing for the price. It is very powerful and the picture quality is very good. I crashed it from about 200 feet high and it is still flying today! Pretty tough. The range is impressive. It will fly much farther than I can see and keep up with its direction.

Conclusions: As a beginner quad this is awesome!! Purchased after a failed attempt from a business locally. It has about 15 min run time on the one battery and is very user friendly for beginners learning to fly them. Would definitely recommend for people just starting out.

Conclusions: Well my first drone had a bad camera from factory, I returned it and bought another one and worked well! Overall I'm satisfied it truly has an amazing video quality, it is a bit too slow to recuperate altitude if you lower your throttle too quick because it's heavy. Just make sure you get registered with the FAA to avoid a ticket or other penalties, it's only 5$ for three years so it's cheaper than a fine plus all ur drones can have it since the authorization code is for the person who applies for it not for the uav itself. Conclusions: This thing had a little more power than I was expecting out of the box. It took up my action can and waterproof case with no issues. It flies well but I did have one issue. I did a flip and for some reason it only did half a flip and went for the ground. I was sure I was going to have a broken quad. After I looked at it the only damage was a couple landing gear and the body had to be snapped together. After this I contacted the seller and they sent me a full set of replacement landing gear. Since then I haven't had any issues. I've also heard it rumored that you can use the transmitter from the syma x5 with this. THIS DOES NOT WORK. I tried it and the range was slim to none almost causing me to lose the quad. This transmitter however does work well with the x5 and x12s. I'm really happy with this buy. I really wish syma would release a brushless version at a higher price. It could compete with the dji.

Conclusions: Great little drone and holds a GoPro no problem in the mount that comes with it. Awesome!
