Touch reaction is a little slow sometimes, but acceptable. Cameras are good quality, though not up to iPhone standards (which you wouldn't expect for this price). I have seen other reviews that fault the phone for game playing, but that's not relevant for me. The only real shortcoming is that the phone is only 3G, but I only use wifi for data transfers, so again that's not a problem for me. It comes with a rear protective case, but full cover case is needed to protect the screen.
