Very poor communication
Conclusions: Very poor communication. Seller asked one week wait time and did not ship the product. No proactive update only non-committal answers after asking the status. At one point when I wanted to cancel the order seller told me it is not possible because product is already shipped and updated the order with a fake tracking number. Product arrived in more than a month with DHL under a different tracking number. Avoid this seller!
